If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or return. Simply follow the instructions and submit a request for return/ exchange. Exchange or return shall be reported within 24 hours after order is received. Get in touch with our Customer Care or whatsapp 8700296263.
To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must meet the below criteria:
1. Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
2. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice and other papers, if any.
3. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
4. Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we have received the products back at our warehouse, the product(s) amount will be credited back to the MB wallet as credits within 2 business days once the quality check is done.
